Benjamin Paul is a participatory artist, and industrial designer working at the intersection of public art, material reuse, and communal ceremony. His practice centres on transforming salvaged materials and shared labour into spaces for care, cultural reconnection, and speculative repair.

Grounded in a background in Industrial Design, Ben creates tactile, collaborative experiences, turning wrecked cars into hot pools, old systems into new rituals, and group processes into public architecture. His major work The Future of Toys has toured widely across Australia, involving over 250 participants and 18 collaborators to explore imagination, agency, and repair after disaster.

Internationally, Ben has developed experimental bathing festivals at Floating University Berlin, prototyped inflatable architecture with Popticum Berlin, and co-designed sustainable infrastructure in Indonesia and Fiji. In 2023, he presented works at the Inflatable Architecture Festival (Berlin) and Die Stadt als Leere Kulisse Artist Lab (Halle, Germany).
